Their document and work is easy to process and transparency was maintained related to the bids, documents, sellers, etc. They are also flexible and adaptive to the needs and dynamic nature of the selling process.

The analysis and outcome desired in terms of asking price, number of bidding and attracting buyers was not predicted accurately.

Unclear communication regarding energy label to be done and not in alignment with the vendors providing services.

Expected a better price but couldn’t wait due to my own circumstances.

The advice would be to make the selling process easier for the seller with the services to be provided and also look towards having a better rate for the seller and more inclined towards them as their broker.
